The Longmont City Council has opened their bi-annual recruitment to fill vacancies on City advisory boards and commissions. It runs through April 24. Tech Tuesday Class: Virtual Reality 

Want to try a virtual reality headset and be transported through time and space? Come to Tech Tuesday at the Library tomorrow, March 24 and learn all about VR. Library staff and experts from Longmont Public Media will guide you on your journey and let you try out headsets. Tech Tuesday classes are free but registration is required. Art & Sip: Floral Rock Painting

Paint stylized floral patterns (inspired by Scandinavian folk art) on rocks in this Longmont Museum Art & Sip class Thursday, March 26 at either 4 pm or 6:30 pm. Free History Tour at Sandstone Ranch 

Enjoy a 90-minute guided tour of the historic Morse Coffin family home at 12:30 pm on Saturday, March 28 at the Sandstone Ranch Visitors Center, 3001 Sandstone Drive. Keeping Kids Safe in the Digital World 

Longmont Police Detectives and School Resource Officers join parents to talk about keeping kids safe online. Learn about safety features of popular apps, hear about real cases of online safety, and get tips to protect children while they browse. Boulder International Film Festival

The Longmont Museum welcomes the Boulder International Film Festival back to the Stewart Auditorium for three glorious days featuring a wide variety of films from local, national and international film makers Friday-Sunday, April 10-12.
