Heat Pump Night at the Library

Apply: Public Safety Review Panel
The Longmont City Manager is accepting applications for volunteer positions on the Longmont Public Safety Professional Standards Review Panel. This panel reviews investigations of public safety employees conducted by the Professional Standards Unit and provides recommendations to the Chief of Public Safety. Buster Keaton’s “The General” + Live Music
Mont Alto Motion Picture Orchestra returns to the Longmont Museum to provide live orchestration for one of the most revered comedies of the silent era: “The General” (1926). Buster Keaton stars as hapless Southern railroad engineer Johnny Gray who faces off against Union soldiers during the Civil War. Thursday, April 2 at 7 pm. Front Range Passenger Rail Town Hall
You’re invited to attend a town hall to learn more about Front Range passenger rail in the northwest metro region. It happens at the Longmont Museum on Wednesday, April 8 at 6 pm. Keeping Kids Safe in the Digital World
Longmont Police Detectives and School Resource Officers join parents to talk about keeping kids safe online. Learn about safety features of popular apps, hear about real cases of online safety, and get tips to protect children while they browse. Strider Balance Bike Race
It’s the cutest race on two wheels! Young riders ages 2-5 will glide to the finish line at the Strider Glider Rough Rider bike event on Saturday, May 2.
