Construction Begins at Civic Center
A project to make structural repairs to the Longmont Civic Center at 350 Kimbark Street began last week and is projected to continue through spring 2019. The building’s parking garage will be closed for the duration, and the spaces in front of the Civic Center on Kimbark Street will be closed when work is taking place on that side of the building. This will put more cars than usual on nearby streets. If you have business at the Civic Center, plan to arrive with enough time to walk a few blocks if necessary.
