Renew a Contractor License
How to Apply
The City of Longmont processes license renewals online through the Accela Citizen Access (ACA) Portal. You will need to log in using your portal account.
Licenses must be renewed yearly.
License Renewal Requirements
General or Mechanical contractors renewing a license must submit a quiz completion certificate once per code cycle as part of the renewal application.

Electricians and Plumbers must submit a current State of Colorado master’s license and contractor’s license. The City of Longmont does not issue separate plumbing or electrical contractor licenses.
Specialty license holders must submit a certificate of insurance.
