Sexually Oriented Businesses
Sexually Oriented business are regulated by Longmont Municipal Code, Chapter 6.65.
Any person planning to operate a sexually oriented business must first consult the City's Business Guide and verify that the desired location is zoned appropriately for the business. Owners must obtain a sexually oriented business license issued by the city. In addition, employees of the business must also be licensed.
