Housing developments included in the list below are required to offer a certain number for units for rent at below market prices because of funding they received from local, state, or federal sources. These units are reserved for low/moderate-income households. Unit rents vary based on the size of the unit, amenities, or other reasons, but should be below the market rate for rents for Longmont. Some apartment complexes may have a wait list that you can asked to be placed on. The list also includes other local resources, including information on Housing Choice Vouchers and local assistance organizations.
