2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan
The 2026 Annual Action Plan represents the second year of the Boulder-Broomfield Regional HOME Consortium (Consortium) 2025 – 2029 Consolidated Plan as approved by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Action Plan is the Consortium’s application for HUD entitlement grants and identifies the proposed programs and projects to be funded during the fiscal year.
The City of Boulder serves as the lead agency of the Consortium and works with a steering group made up of representatives from the City of Boulder, the City of Longmont, Boulder County, and the City and County of Broomfield. The Annual Action Plan identifies how the Consortium proposes to use its Home Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funds in the upcoming fiscal year to address community development, housing, and public services goals described in the Consolidated Plan.
Each Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) entitlement community (Boulder, Broomfield, and Longmont) also provide information on how they intend to use their individual CDBG program funding.
City Council approved Longmont’s 2026 CDBG Annual Action Plan at their May 12, 2026 meeting.
