Free Homeownership Training Class

Workforce Boulder County offers free homeownership training classes certified by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These classes are a great resource for anyone interested in buying a home and are required for many affordable housing programs, including the City of Longmont’s Down Payment Assistance Programs. Classes are held monthly throughout the County and are free and open to the public. Registration is required.
