Calvary Bread Box

National Alliance on Mental Health

Recovery Café
A community of refuge and healing for people in recovery, offering addiction support and love. 402 Kimbark St. 720-815-2885.
Home Steady is a housing assistance program that allows you to get back on track in the event of short-term financial hardship, such as an unexpected medical expense or other unplanned emergencies.
Who can participate?
To be eligible, you must:
- Be lawfully present in the United States.
- Have income or a verifiable source of pending income, such as a job offer letter, proof of public benefits, etc.
- Have not received an eviction notice.
How it works
- Set up an appointment with the OUR Center to determine your eligibility and need.
- Once approved, meet with the OUR Center to set goals.
- Meet with a Resource Specialist and participate in a financial skills class with the goal of saving 1 month or more of rent by the end of the Home Steady program.

GoGoGrandparent
Helps utilize services like Uber and Lyft without a smartphone. Fee of $0.27 a minute to use the service for scheduling a ride. Uber/Lyft billed separately. 855-464-6872.
IntelliRide
Non-emergency transportation to medical appointments for Medicaid recipients. No cost for Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members. Must provide Medicaid number when scheduling. Call 855-489-4999 or visit gointelliride.com/Colorado
RTD
Longmont local busses still free. Flex Ride (press option 2) offers curb-to-curb ride share to park n rides, medical centers and businesses. Make reservations and schedule recurring trips. $3, $1.50 for seniors, disabled, and Medicare recipients (must apply for a discount card by mail or email). Access-a-Ride is for people with disabilities who are unable to use RTD’s other services. An application process requires medical verification. $5 one-way local, or 6-ride ticket book for $30. 303-299-6000

No-cost medical appointment transportation for Veterans and family members of Veterans who are at least 60. 303-443-1933, ext. 414
VIA Paratransit
Shared ride service for older adults and people living with disabilities. Must register as a rider first. Cost is donation-only. Rides must be scheduled in advance but no more than a week ahead. 303-444-3043

Cultivate – Seniors Flourishing in Every Community
Provides volunteer-powered services to Boulder County residents 60+ including grocery shopping/delivery, minor home repairs, yard work, snow shoveling, and rides to medical appts. Visit cultivate.ngo or call 303-443-1933.
