Northbound Coffman Street Closing January 13 Between 6th Avenue and Longs Peak Avenue
Starting Monday January 13, the northbound lane of Coffman Street between 6th Avenue and Longs Peak Avenue will close for approximately three months. This will extend the full closure of northbound Coffman Street from 6th Avenue to 9th Avenue. The southbound lane of Coffman Street will remain open.
- Access to all businesses on the 600 block of Coffman Street will remain open.
- Some driveways on the east side of Coffman Street may be temporarily closed for short periods. The contractor will coordinate with each affected business to discuss the timing of the closures.
- The driveway from Coffman Street to the parking lot for Village on Main will be closed for the duration of construction on the 600 block. Access is open from the alley between Main Street and Coffman Street from Longs Peak Avenue.
- The roundabout off 6th Avenue in front of Village Place at Longmont will remain open but will be one-way when work is being done on each of the driveways. Visitors will need to follow traffic signs for entry and exit points.
- Parking on the east side of Coffman Street will remain closed between 6th Avenue and 9th Avenue.
