Northern Driveway Exit to Pace Street at Fox Creek Village Closed Aug. 10-24
Beginning on Monday, Aug. 10, the exit from the northern driveway at Fox Creek Village to Pace Street will be closed through Monday, Aug. 24, as part of the City of Longmont’s Pace Street Improvements Project.
The closure will affect the exit from the northern driveway serving King Soopers, located at 1611 Pace St. This entrance will remain open, and the southern driveway will remain open for both entering and exiting the shopping center. Access to all businesses will be maintained throughout construction.
Detours During the Closure
Entering the shopping center:
Drivers may continue to enter Fox Creek Village using the entrance at the northern driveway or the southern driveway on Pace Street.
Leaving the shopping center:
Drivers should exit the shopping center via 17th Avenue or the southern driveway to Pace Street. Follow posted detour signs.

Business access will be maintained throughout construction. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time, watch for changing traffic patterns, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
An additional traffic change is scheduled as work progresses. Beginning Aug. 26 through Sept. 3, the entrance at the northern driveway to the shopping center will be closed for the next phase of construction. A separate traffic advisory with detour information will be issued before that closure begins.
