Pace Street Entrance to Centennial Park Apartments Closed July 14–21

The Pace Street entrance to Centennial Park Apartments, located at 1205 Pace Street in Longmont will be closed from Tuesday, July 14, through Tuesday, July 21, as part of the City’s Pace Street Improvements Project. During the closure, residents and visitors will need to use the apartment complex entrance on Mountain View Avenue.

 

Pedestrian Notice: Beginning Monday, July 6, pedestrian access at the Pace Street driveway entrance to Centennial Park Apartments will be closed. Pedestrians may use the sidewalk access points located north and south of the driveway entrance to access the sidewalk on the west side of Pace Street.

 

Vehicle Detour Directions

From southbound Pace Street: Continue south on Pace Street to 9th Avenue. Turn right onto 9th Avenue, right onto Alpine Street, and then right onto Mountain View Avenue. Continue to the Centennial Park Apartments entrance and turn right into the complex.

 

From northbound Pace Street: Continue north on Pace Street and turn left onto Mountain View Avenue. Turn left at the Centennial Park Apartments entrance to access the complex.

 

Detour signs will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to alternate routes throughout construction. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Weekend work may occur if needed due to weather or other construction-related factors.
