Sandstone Ranch Phase 4 – Public Open House

The City of Longmont Parks, Recreation and Open Space will host a 90-minute open house highlighting upcoming work at Sandstone Ranch on Tuesday, November 10.

 

Plans for Sandstone Ranch Phase 4. will be shared at the event. This final phase of the Sandstone Ranch project features the development of a four-field ballfield complex. Other improvements include additional parking, a new shade structure, a plumbed restroom building and more. Construction is anticipated to begin the third quarter of 2027.

 

Attend the open house to view the proposed plan, learn about the project scope and anticipated timeline, and speak with City staff.

 

  • When: Tuesday, November 10, 5:30 – 7 pm
  • Where: Longmont Recreation Center (310 Quail Road) in the Quail Room
