Southern Driveway Entrance from Pace Street at Fox Creek Village Closed Sept. 4-28
Beginning Friday, Sept. 4, the southern driveway entrance/exit to Fox Creek Village from Pace Street will be closed through Monday, Sept. 28 as part of the City of Longmont’s Pace Street Improvements Project.
The closure will affect only the southern entrance serving King Soopers, located at 1611 Pace Street. The northern entrance/exit on Pace Street will remain open and the entrance from 17th Avenue will also be open. Access to all businesses in the shopping center will be maintained throughout construction.
Detours During the Closure
For southbound traffic on Pace Street entering Fox Creek Village:
- Turn right into the northern driveway near the gas station.
- Follow the internal drive aisles to access King Soopers and other businesses.
For northbound traffic on Pace Street entering Fox Creek Village:
- Continue north on Pace Street past the southern driveway.
- Turn left into the northern driveway near the gas station.
Leaving the shopping center:
Drivers may exit using either 17th Avenue or the northern entrance on Pace Street. Follow posted detour signs.
Business access will be maintained throughout construction. Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time, watch for changing traffic patterns, and use caution when traveling through the work zone.
