Three-Day Traffic Shift at the Intersection of Coffman Street and 3rd Avenue Starting July 28
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in both directions on 3rd Avenue at the intersection of Coffman Street from July 28 – July 30. The westbound lane of 3rd Avenue will be shifted to the south to run parallel to a single eastbound lane. This is necessary for roadway reconstruction work to be completed at the northwest corner of Coffman Street and 3rd Avenue.
-
- Traffic devices will mark the temporary traffic pattern.
- The traffic signal at the 3rd Avenue and Coffman Street intersection will continue to be operational.
- The sidewalk at the northwest corner of the intersection will be closed. Pedestrians will need to cross to the south side of 3rd Avenue at the intersection to head east and west across Coffman Street.
- The two parking stalls on the south side of 3rd Avenue near Coffman Street will be closed.
- Parking on the west side of Coffman Street will remain closed from 2nd Avenue to 6th Avenue.
