West Side of Red Oak Drive and Pace Street Intersection Closed July 30-August 6

A street with trees and grass on each side of the road. To the left is a fence with houses behind and the right side of the road shows a field behind a chain link fence.

Beginning July 30 through August 6, the west side of the intersection at Red Oak Drive and Pace Street will be closed to complete roadway improvements as part of the Pace Street & Rough and Ready Trail Improvements Project.

Access through the west side of the intersection will not be permitted during the closure. Drivers traveling to neighborhoods west of Pace Street should use the following detours:

From Southbound Pace Street: Continue to Mountain View Avenue, then follow Mountain View Avenue, Alpine Street, 17th Avenue, Heirloom Way and Folklore Avenue to reach your destination.

From Northbound Pace Street: Continue to 17th Avenue, then follow 17th Avenue, Heirloom Way and Folklore Avenue to reach your destination.

Map showing a road closure on Pace Street at Red Oak Drive with a signed detour route. Northbound and southbound traffic on Pace Street is detoured using East Mountain View Avenue, Alpine Street, and East 17th Avenue. Access to neighborhoods west of Pace Street is available from Alpine Street via East 17th Avenue and Folklore Avenue, with local access continuing on Heirloom Way. A "Road Closed" symbol marks the closure on Pace Street just south of Red Oak Drive. Directional arrows indicate traffic flow along the detour route.

Detour signs will direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic to alternate routes throughout construction. For safety, pedestrians should avoid using sidewalks that are closed for construction and follow designated detour routes.
