About Purchasing
Greetings from the Purchasing and Contracts division of the City of Longmont! We value supplier relationships, and we encourage you to find out more about doing business with the City.
The City of Longmont maintains a database of suppliers actively doing business with the City. We do not register potential suppliers in our system, and only maintain our database of suppliers who have active or prior purchase orders or contracts.
The City posts formal solicitations for goods, services, and construction on the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System. You may register as a potential supplier for Longmont, and over 200 Colorado and Wyoming public entities (such as municipalities, counties, school districts, public institutes of higher education, and special districts) by registering in that system. When you register, you can choose to receive push notification when solicitations are released for a fee, or, you can choose a free search-only registration and search for opportunities on your own.
