IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: The City publishes a list of bidding opportunities in the Vendor Self Service portal. This is provided as a convenience in effort to ensure transparency to the public. However, official documents are only distributed on the BidNet Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System.

The City of Longmont officially distributes solicitation documents (Bids and RFPs) through the BidNet Direct Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS). Copies of solicitation documents obtained from sources other than the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System are not considered official. It is highly recommended that you register as a Vendor and download the official bid documents at Rocky Mountain Bid System website.
