Hi there! Thanks for your interest in working with the City of Longmont’s Purchasing and Contracts team. We really value great relationships with our vendors and we’re glad you’re here.

 

Pre-Approved Vendor List

The City currently keeps a database of vendors who already have active or past purchase orders or contracts with us. We do not register potential vendors directly in our system unless we have done business with you before, but we are changing that a little.  Below you can apply to be a pre-approved vendor with the City under one of our accepting application categories.

 

Check back regularly as we are adding new ones all the time.

Don’t see what you’re looking for? Looking for Bid opportunities?

Try, the Rocky Mountain E‑Purchasing System, where the City of Longmont posts all formal bids for goods, services, and construction. By signing up with SOVRA on that site, you can register as a potential supplier/vendor for Longmont and more than 200 other public agencies across Colorado and Wyoming.

 

When you register, you can choose:

  • A paid account that sends you automatic notifications about new opportunities, or;
  • A free account where you can search for opportunities on your own
