Throw an awesome pool party for any age! Longmont Recreation has two year-round indoor pools as well as three outdoor heated pools open throughout the summer. To host your party, call the facility to rent a shelter or deck area, then simply add your own cake, presents, and guests.

Longmont Recreation Center Pool

Poolside Parties!

• Seating available for 12 people (3 round tables, 4 chairs each), but there’s room for about 30 people
• Fees: 0-10 people = $100 first hour/ $70 additional hours (11+ group rate admittance)
• Poolside Parties are only booked during Open Swim hours when slides and diving boards are available

Sunset Pool

 

Hold your own special event at Sunset Pool! Reserve a special time after regularly scheduled hours.

 

Rental time is started when the facility is open to the group and ends when the facility is empty and locked at the completion of the rental. When making your rental, consider the time needed to set up decorations as well as the clean up and shower time of your guests. Prices can be adjusted to accommodate this extra time. The entire rental fee is due at time of booking. All necessary staff is included in the rental fee.  Half of the rental fee may be refunded if the reservation is cancelled by the renter.

Kanemoto Activity Pool

 

• Heated, outdoor pool

• Zero depth entry
• Water slide
• Available for youth 10 and under

Shade tent is a stand-alone colorful canopy 12×12 feet, located in the grass. Available during Open Swim Hours only. Rental fee is non-refundable.

 

After-Hour Rentals

Includes use of the entire facility and staff. Rental fee paid dictates pool facility enter and exit times. Renters have until 7 days prior to the rental to extend their reservation with payment or else CANNOT be extended. Half of the rental fee may be refunded if reservation is cancelled by renter. 2-hour minimum.

 

Roosevelt Activity Pool

 

• Heated, outdoor pool
• Open during summer
• Zero depth entry
• Maximum depth of 2ft 8 inches
• Features geysers, tumble buckets, and a spray garden
• Available for youths 8 and under

The Recreation Center at 310 Quail Rd. hosts birthday parties for individuals of all ages. Rent out the party room or climbing wall or both! General admission and use of the facility—such as the pool and gymnasium—is included for up to 10 individuals, including adults.

 

• Large Party Room: space for up to 20. Fee: $100 for one hour, $70 for each additional hour
• Poolside Party Space: pool deck space reserved for you party. Seating for 12 and space for 30. Fee: $100 for one hour, $70 for each additional hour
• Small Party Room: space for up to 10. Fee: $80 first hour, $45 each additional hour
• Use of the Recreation Center for the day, (gym, swimming, climbing wall)

 

Admission includes 10 people (adults and kids)

For groups larger than 10, an additional group rate will be applied for up to 20 people.

 

Fee is due at time of booking.  Cancellation fee is $5.00 if you cancel 7 or more days prior to the event. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, you will receive half your rental fee minus the $5.00 cancellation fee.

 

Room rental includes tables and chairs along with use of the pool, gym and climbing wall (when open) before and/or after the room rental.

 

Party Add-ons:

 

Dedicated use of a single court, includes volleyball set up as desired.

 

Add the Gym Court for $70/hour.

 

If you prefer, a dedicated hour of climbing wall time can be arranged for an additional charge of $35/hour for every 10 children. Climbing wall birthday party reservations are not available during climbing class and/or open climbing wall times. Climbing Wall Party Packet Information must be completed and turned in on party day: all parents/guardians must sign the climbing wall waiver for party participants.

Snow or shine, our toys are divine! Kids ages 6 months to 5 years have lots of room to run and play with our toys in the gym when you book your exclusive time with our Itty Bitty City toys. We provide the space and toys; you provide the guidance and fun.

 

Fee:  $250 up to 12 children

 

Times:  Sundays, 10am-noon or 1-3pm
