The Callahan House is also host to several Special Events open to the community yearly.
If you are looking for an intimate historic backdrop for your wedding, meeting, company retreat, special party or event, Longmont’s Historic Callahan House and Garden is the perfect place to create a memorable gathering.
Enjoy the gracious elegance of our charming Queen Anne style Victorian house with warmly decorated French interiors wrapped in a poetic Italian garden.
During the summer, the garden accommodates 125 guests who can celebrate amid flowers, statues, fountain, gazebo and dance on the large lawn under huge shade trees.
During the colder months, the house interior accommodates 30-40 sit-down guests and 75 open-house guests who can be warmed by ornately carved woodwork and parquet inlaid floors while admiring stained glass windows and floral and fruit painted walls in the French tradition.
Callahan House rental options include whole House, House and Garden, Auto House only, or Meeting Room only. Click for Wedding and Event Rental Information.
The garden is always open to the public when not booked for an event. If you wish to inquire whether the garden is booked, please email callahan@longmontcolorado.gov.
Our mission is to preserve, maintain and promote the gift of the Historic Callahan House for the use and enjoyment of the Longmont community creating memories and providing a legacy for the future.
