Help City Council Shape Policy on How Longmont Uses Technology
Technology is changing how cities serve their communities. In response, the City of Longmont is forming a new Technology Policy Advisory Board and is looking for residents who want to help shape how the City approaches emerging technology.
Board members will advise City Council on policy issues related to artificial intelligence, data privacy, camera technology, autonomous vehicles and emerging technologies – while helping ensure community needs, ethics and transparency are vital parts of the conversation.
Do you have experience in software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data infrastructure, information privacy, ethics or related fields? If so, your expertise can help shape Longmont’s technology policies and future.
