The Longmont Campus Security staff are dedicated to ensuring the safety and security of city buildings and grounds for staff, patrons, and visitors. They continuously monitor assigned areas to prevent theft and vandalism, actively engaging with visitors and staff to foster a welcoming and respectful environment. Their efforts also ensure compliance with the Citywide Standards of Behavior.
City Campus Security works closely with Longmont Police to support the City’s public-facing facilities. Facilities include, but are not limited to:
Lost or found an item at a city facility?
- Each city property has its own lost and found, please contact staff at the facility you believe you have lost or found an item.

Safety Escorts:
City Campus Security can be available upon reasonable request to escort patrons and staff to and from their vehicles, or workstations in hazardous or otherwise unsafe conditions. If this is an emergency, please dial 911.
