Seeking Pool Managers

Take your leadership skills to the next level.  Join our team and learn what it takes to direct the daily activities & overall skill development of lifeguards, ensure safe pool chemistry, and interact with the public in a wide range of situations.  Longmont Recreation is hiring Pool Manager, ages 18 & up, to work in both indoor &/or outdoor pool environments.

 

  • Immediate openings with seasonal and year-round employment
  • Hours vary, Mon-Sun, between 8am-10pm
  • $21.89-$23.69/hr

We need Lifeguards and Swim Instructors to keep our pools safe and teach swim lessons!  If you like helping people, swimming in the pool, and working with youth, come join our team!  We offer FREE or discounted certifications, super flexible schedules, and options for summer only or year round employment. Application Process: What to Expect

The process for getting hired can take several weeks, so be sure to apply now and get started today!

  1. Apply today on our online jobs portal.
  2. We’ll review your application materials and if you’re a good fit, we’ll ask you in for an interview.
    • If you’re applying to be a lifeguard, we will also conduct a swim test.
  3. If you move to the next step, we’ll make a conditional job offer.
  4. After the job offer is made, it’s time for a background check and drug test. Please keep in mind that while marijuana is federally illegal, the drug test will include testing for marijuana and marijuana use will exclude applicants from employment offers.
  5. If you pass the background check and drug test, you can fill out your new-hire paperwork with HR.
  6. Then, you’re ready to train and prepare for your new position and start making money!
