If you have any questions about your project's eligibility, please contact Molly O'Donnell at 303-651-8530.

Application Overview

The City provides financial assistance for affordable housing and community development projects through its locally funded Affordable Housing Fund (AHF) and federally funded Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) programs. These funding sources are available for projects that pursue the City’s goal of providing 12% of residences as permanently affordable. Depending on City priorities, not all funding sources may be available in each funding cycle.

Funding is open to affordable housing projects located within the City of Longmont. Projects may include the new construction of affordable housing, the acquisition of land for the construction of affordable housing, the rehabilitation of existing housing, or the conversion of market rate housing to affordable housing through acquisition.
