Homebound Services
If physical limitations keep you from visiting the Library, let our Homebound Service bring the Library to you!
How the Homebound Service Works
Homebound Delivery is available to Longmont residents of any age who cannot visit the Library due to a temporary or permanent disability and do not have transportation assistance. Volunteers will select and deliver materials to you on a regular basis, defined as at least once within a six-month period. Patrons are not responsible to pay fines on overdue items. Patrons are expected to pay fines on lost or damaged Library materials.
Before You Apply
The Homebound program is intended for residents who use the service regularly, defined as at least once within a six-month period. Accounts with no activity for more than six months will be discontinued. Homebound patrons are responsible for notifying the Library if and when they no longer require this service.
