Two new lockers, coming soon!

library hold pick up locker covered with colorful blue artWe have some good news to share. The Library is adding two new hold pickup lockers in Longmont. You will find them at Ascent at Hover Crossing (2225 18th Ave.) and Lashley Street Station (1200 Lashley St.).

 

The lockers are not ready to use yet. We will share updates and details on this page as we get closer to opening. If you have questions, please call the Circulation Desk at 303-651-8476. We are happy to help.

 

What are hold pickup lockers?

 

Hold pickup lockers work like the lockers you may see at stores. But instead of packages, they hold Library books and other items you place on hold.

 

You will simply place holds online and select a pick-up location which works best for you, whether it’s the library or one of these two new locker locations.

 

*You will not see the locker locations as options until the lockers are available.*

 

When your items are ready for pickup, you will be notified. Go to the locker, scan your library card or key in your card number at the touch keypad, and the door (or doors) will open automatically for you. Remove your items and close the door(s). Your items will be checked out automatically when the locker door(s) close. That’s it! Hold pickup lockers will be easy to use, well lit, and secure.
