Pickup Lockers

The Longmont Public Library has something exciting coming soon—library hold pickup lockers!

These lockers will hold books and other library items that patrons check out and choose to pick up at a locker location outside of the Library. Similar to lockers used by Amazon or Home Depot, this option makes it easy to grab your items close to home, any time of day, any day of the week. The lockers will be well lit, colorful, self-serve, and available 24/7.

The Library plans to install its first pickup locker by early spring 2026.
