PLEASE NOTE: RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE
Need a space for a meeting, program, or event? Look no further! The Library has meeting space for reservation by individuals or groups in the community; however, library programs and events take precedence over all other requests. Reservations for the meeting rooms are required, and groups must meet certain criteria, per the Meeting Room Policy.
Reservations cannot be made more than two months in advance. Two reservations may be made per organization, per month and per room.

Study Rooms Rules
• Reservations can be made up to 7 days in advance.
• Use is limited to 2 hours each day per group or individual. Groups and individuals may not use multiple names/emails to extend reservations past 2 hours. Any reservations that violate this rule are subject to cancellation.
• Each room contains a table and chairs for to up to 6 people.
• Check in with staff at the second floor desk before going into your reserved room.
• Rooms are held for 15 minutes. If you do not check-in the first 15 minutes of your reservation, the room will be made available to others.
• The Library is not responsible for items left in the rooms before, during, or after a reservation.
• If the room is found empty during your reservation, staff may open the room for others to use.
• To cancel a room reservation, use the confirmation email you received or call 303-651-8472.
• Only covered beverages and small snacks are allowed.
• The rooms have whiteboards; markers and erasers are available to borrow.
• The Library does not endorse of the viewpoints expressed by the persons or groups using the rooms.
• Those using the study rooms must follow our Standards of Behavior.
• The library reserves the right to refuse the use of the rooms by any person/group.
• Free – there is no cost for reserving or using study rooms.
Reserve a Small Study Room
The Library offers two enclosed study rooms on the second floor that are perfect for quiet studying or group meetings or discussions.
Reserve a Large Meeting Room
Reservations cannot be made for the current week. All reservations must be made at least one week in advance, and up to two months from today's date.
