Become a Member of the Museum and receive 10% off every camp! Children must be named on the membership and memberships must be active at the time of the camp in order to receive the discount for their camp registration.
To provide the best experience for everyone, all children must meet the age requirement at the start of the camp date.
Each child must have a complete waiver to participate in camp. We encourage folks to complete the waiver form online before their child’s camp begins.
We want every camper to have the best experience possible. If there is anything you want us to know about your child, or strategies that would help us when working with your child, please let us know on the waiver.
Complete your waivers in English or complete your waivers in Español.
Need a little extra time? From 12 – 1 pm each day, we’ll have supervised play and brown bag Lunch Bunch at the Museum. Pick up your morning campers or drop off your afternoon campers anytime during this hour. Campers who are attending camps in both the morning and afternoon can bridge their sessions with this hour to make their camps full day. No additional cost or registration needed!
Please bring a snack and a water bottle with your camper’s name on it to camp each day.
Getting messy is highly likely in camp; choose clothing that you feel comfortable letting your child get dirty or stained with art materials and dirt.
Please ensure that your camper eats a well-balanced meal before coming to camp. Campers may be provided with some snacks during camp.
If your child has any serious allergies, please note this on the waiver form.
If your child carries an epi pen, please alert the instructor on the first day of camp and inform them of where the epi pen is kept.
Neither Museum staff nor camp instructors are permitted to give children medication, and that includes injecting an epi pen. Children who might require an epi pen are required to be able to administer the epi pen themselves (with Museum staff supervision).
Please keep your camper home if they are sick, and send an email to Leigh.Putman@longmontcolorado.gov and Ann.Macca@longmontcolorado.gov to notify the Museum.
