Grand Reopening Celebration October 17!

9 am – 5 pm; free!

The galleries are reopening Saturday, Oct. 17! Celebrate a new chapter at the Longmont Museum at our free community celebration featuring the grand reopening of our expanded museum. Be among the first to explore stunning new galleries, create and play in “DreamLab,” enjoy special programs and tours, and experience all the new ways to discover art, history, and hands-on fun. The festivities begin with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 9 am. Activities for all ages will take place throughout the day.

Frida Kahlo: An Intimate Portrait

Discover our new galleries with “Frida Kahlo: An Intimate Portrait,” an exhibition featuring 98 rare photographs and personal letters from Kahlo’s private collection. These intimate images reveal the woman behind the icon, offering a moving glimpse into her relationships, resilience, and the life that shaped her extraordinary art.
