Support the Museum’s Expansion

It is with immense gratitude that we are able to announce the completion of the Longmont Museum capital campaign! Thanks to your support, we have raised more than $10.2 million to completely fund the construction of the building expansion.

 

Project Goals

  • DreamLab in Lila’s Children’s Gallery: A dedicated exhibit space where children can play, learn and explore year-round (opening Oct. 17, 2026).
  • Feature Gallery Expansion: Our feature gallery has nearly doubled in size to provide more room for artists, accommodate multiple exhibits simultaneously and feature more robust touring exhibitions (opening Oct. 17, 2026).
  • Courtyard Renovation: Expanding and enhancing the usable area in one of our most popular public spaces, including the construction of a new stage (finished September 2024).
  • Mission Support: Increasing office and support spaces to align with our strategic plan of increased staffing, enabling us to offer more diverse programming and fulfill our mission.
