Swan Atrium
The elegant glass-walled Swan Atrium is suitable for semi-formal gatherings, including wedding receptions, fundraising events, and social or business celebrations. The Swan Atrium also serves as the lobby for all events and performances in the Stewart Auditorium, and is included with any rental of the Stewart Auditorium.
The Swan Atrium can be rented separately and can accommodate a seated event for 120 people or a reception for 181 people.
Rental Hours & After Hours Fee
Regular Museum hours are from 9 am – 5 pm Monday – Saturday and 1 pm – 5 pm on Sunday.
The museum rental spaces are available from 7:30 am-10:30 pm.
For rentals extending beyond our regular museum hours there is a $175 after-hours fee.
Virtual 360 Degree Tour
The capacity is 120 seated at tables or 181 for a reception
The minimum rental time is 4 hours
The Security & Damage deposit is $500
Standard Rental Rate is $900 for 4 hours + $200 for each additional hour
Nonprofit Rate is $700 for 4 hours + $150 for each additional hour

Museum is closed on most holidays.
Events extending outside of regular Museum hours are charged an afterhours fee of $175
Rental Includes:
- Building Supervisor
- PA and microphone(s)
- Museum chairs/tables (Museum does not offer linens)
- Kitchen access
Add-on Bar Service Option
The museum holds a liquor license and bar service can be added to any rental agreement.

- Cash Bar Minimum sales: $300.00

How to Rent the Swan Atrium
If you would like to rent the Swan Atrium for your event or reception please complete our online Rental Space Application form.
After receiving your application, we will check availability and get back to you within five business days. When we contact you, we will clarify any questions and give you a cost estimate so you can determine if you would like to proceed with a rental agreement. Date is not reserved or confirmed until we have received a signed rental agreement and the security and damage deposit.
