Visitors inspired by Frida Kahlo’s remarkable story can continue their exploration in “Women Artists: Four Centuries of Creativity,” a sweeping exhibition that celebrates four centuries of artistic innovation and achievement.

The exhibition features original works on paper—etchings, engravings, lithographs, drawings, watercolor paintings, woodblock prints and photographs—by some of history’s most important women artists including Rosa Bonheur, Sonia Delaunay, Käthe Kollwitz, Louise Nevelson, Françoise Gilot and many more.

Seen together, these exhibitions invite visitors to explore the many ways women artists have challenged conventions, expressed their perspectives, and transformed the history of art.
