The Redevelopment and Revitalization Division works to:
- Develop and administer the City’s redevelopment programs
- Collaborate with local economic development partners to meet mutual goals
- Recommend project activities to facilitate new private investment
- Manage the established urban renewal districts
- Partner with property owners, developers and tenants to facilitate redevelopment
- Market the tools available for redevelopment
